Kapil’s design skills extend to leading a team focusing on our portfolio of modern space planning with expertise in corporate, hospitality and residential interiors. Incorporating client’s vision into his own ideas & effectively communicating it, has made him successful in the field. Sopan Bhor

Working between studio & consultants, directing technical output across the practice, Sopan has contributed significantly to ADVA’s reputation and success. He has been lead in every major project delivery and continues to lead all construction aspects with his extensive experience in building materials, systems and construction administration of complex projects. He continues to look for innovative ways to improve the residential & commercial offer available across Pune. He continues to lead, grow and focus our ventures with great ambition for new challenges.

Swati Dube

Co founder, (former) Studio Director

Since founding in 2010, Swati has guided the firm to excellence. She has been instrumental in managing the studio in nascent stage from administration to finances to business development yet manages to design projects with the team from time to time. Her aptitude in product research and eye for detail befit her to design boutique interiors & high-end private residences. Swati's passion for design, art, and intellectual exchange with the next generation contributes a valued diversity to the design dialogue at ADVA. She is also a Bharatnatyam dance exponent and nature lover which takes her away on treks and travel expeditions.
